Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BuyerSearching, including live category feeds, public buyer-board posts, supplier replies, private messaging, alerts, moderation features, subscription services, and related functionality.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and may use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your login credentials, your account activity, and all content, replies, messages, uploads, negotiations, and transactions associated with your account.

3. User Content and Conduct

You may not post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, prohibited, spammy, duplicate, manipulative, or high-risk content. We may remove repeated, low-quality, suspicious, or policy-violating posts at our discretion.

4. No Guarantee of Users or Transactions

BuyerSearching does not verify every user, does not guarantee the identity, credibility, quality, solvency, authority, or reliability of any buyer or supplier, and does not guarantee any transaction outcome. Users must perform their own independent due diligence.

5. Prohibited Categories

Prohibited categories include, without limitation, pork and swine-related goods, pig-derived materials such as lard, ham, and gelatin, alcoholic beverages, certain print and engraving categories where restricted by policy, financial instruments, escort services, sexual services, dating and matrimonial services, gambling-related services, lotteries, sweepstakes, and any unlawful or restricted goods or services. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated.

6. Paid Features

Paid plans may provide increased posting and reply limits, broader broadcast, stronger visibility, advanced filters, templates, alerts, and similar features. Feature availability may change over time.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform software, design, branding, workflows, and related intellectual property remain the property of BuyerSearching or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyerSearching and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, representatives, and shareholders shall not be liable for losses, failed deals, fraud, payment disputes, delivery issues, non-performance, legal issues, or other damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
