These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BuyerSearching ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform or its data. BuyerSearching provides aggregated public business intelligence information for lawful business purposes only.

4. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing date. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the billing portal.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, branding, and software remain the intellectual property of BuyerSearching. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be modified, or discontinued without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BuyerSearching shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
