These Terms of Service govern access to and use of BuyerSearching.com and its related services, including live category feeds, buyer boards, public replies, private messaging, moderation tools, alerts, and related features. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Description

BuyerSearching is a user-driven business platform where users may post buying requests, respond publicly, broadcast posts to selected boards, and move into private conversations. Content on the platform is generated by users and moderated at our discretion.

2. No Endorsement or Verification Guarantee

BuyerSearching does not guarantee, certify, endorse, recommend, insure, or vouch for any buyer, supplier, product, service, listing, statement, response, representation, or transaction on the platform. Any verification, badge, moderation, approval, featured placement, or account status should not be interpreted as a guarantee of legitimacy, reliability, quality, solvency, safety, delivery, payment, performance, or legal compliance.

3. User Responsibility and Risk

Users are solely responsible for their own due diligence, negotiations, contracting, payments, logistics, customs compliance, product inspection, legal compliance, and risk assessment. You use the platform entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any losses, damages, disputes, delays, fraud, non-performance, misrepresentation, or failed transactions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyerSearching, BuyerSearching.com, and each of their owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, representatives, licensors, service providers, and shareholders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your reliance on user content, any buyer or supplier interaction, any transaction, or any prohibited, fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or failed activity by users or third parties.

5. Prohibited Goods and Services

Users may not post, promote, request, reply to, negotiate, or otherwise use the platform in connection with prohibited, restricted, unlawful, deceptive, or high-risk goods or services. Prohibited categories include, without limitation: swine and pork-related goods; pig-derived products including ham, lard, and gelatin; alcohol and alcoholic beverages including beer, whiskey, gin, and similar products; engraving, prints, lithographs, and similar categories where restricted by our policies; financial instruments and regulated financial products; sexual services, escort services, matrimonial or dating services; gambling-related services; lotteries; sweepstakes; and any illegal, sanctioned, fraudulent, misleading, or regulated category we choose to restrict.

This list is not exhaustive. We may update, expand, suspend, or enforce restrictions at any time without prior notice.

6. Moderation Rights

We may review, edit, reject, hide, de-rank, suspend, remove, or terminate any content, account, feature, plan, or activity at our sole discretion, with or without explanation. Approval of a post does not create any duty, guarantee, monitoring obligation, or liability on our part.

7. Billing and Paid Plans

Paid plans may include increased posting limits, additional broadcast options, visibility tools, filters, templates, and other commercial features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law.

8. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, uptime, message delivery, notification delivery, moderation timing, or continued feature availability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law applies otherwise.
